Velora replaces "just keep shipping" with a diagnosis

"Keep shipping" is what people say when nobody knows what's wrong with a launch. Velora shows you what's wrong, using your own numbers.

What Velora is for

We watched the same story play out over and over: someone spends weeks building a product, launches it on a Tuesday, gets 80 visitors and zero signups, and then does one of two things. Either they conclude the idea is dead and abandon it, or they add another feature and hope the next launch goes better. Both reactions skip the one step that actually matters — figuring out where, specifically, people are dropping off and why.

That diagnosis is genuinely hard to do alone. You need to know what "normal" looks like at each stage of a funnel, you need somewhere to keep the scraps of evidence that this problem is worth solving, and you need a second pair of eyes that hasn't stared at your landing page for six weeks straight. Most indie founders have none of those things, so they guess. Velora is what we built instead of guessing.

The belief

Most launches fail on diagnosis, not effort. Founders we've talked to weren't lazy — they shipped, they posted on Reddit and Product Hunt, they DM'd people. What they lacked was a clear answer to "which part of this funnel is actually broken?" Fixing the wrong thing feels like progress and wastes exactly as much time as doing nothing. A five-minute, honest diagnosis beats another week of blind iteration every time.

How it's built

Velora's core diagnosis is deliberately boring: rule-based benchmarks per funnel stage, not an AI model guessing at your business. We'd rather give you a transparent, explainable verdict — "your signup-to-activation rate is 12%, healthy products sit above 40%, here's what to do about it" — than a black box you have to trust blindly. The rest of the product (evidence log, checklist, public report, peer feedback) exists to support that diagnosis with real proof instead of vibes.

Who it's for — and who it isn't

Velora is for indie founders, vibe-coders, and small agencies who've shipped something (or are about to) and want a straight answer about what's stopping signups. If you already have a data team and a dozen dashboards, you probably don't need us — you need someone to read the dashboards you already have. If you haven't shipped anything yet, come back once you have; diagnosis needs real numbers to work with, not hypotheticals.

Our stance: diagnose before you rebuild. Most "let's redesign the whole landing page" reflexes are solving the wrong problem.

How we build: transparent, rule-based logic wherever possible. You should always be able to see why Velora reached a verdict.

Who we build for: people shipping real products with real, if small, traffic — not agencies selling reports nobody reads.
