Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 September 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Velora, a product operated by Velora ("Velora", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our website or app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Velora.

1. Accounts

To use most features of Velora you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • One account per person or organization, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Notify us immediately at hello@velora.app if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Velora to:

  • Violate any applicable law or the rights of a third party.
  • Upload malicious code, attempt to breach security, or interfere with the service's operation.
  • Scrape, resell, or white-label the service without our written permission.
  • Submit project data or funnel numbers that you do not have the right to share.
  • Reverse engineer the diagnostic engine to circumvent usage limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

3. Plans and billing

Velora offers a free tier and paid subscription plans, billed monthly or annually in advance. By subscribing you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

  • Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and may change with 30 days' notice.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel anytime in account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

4. User content and ownership

"User Content" means the project details, funnel numbers, copy, screenshots, and other materials you submit to Velora. You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.

You grant Velora a limited, worldwide license to host, process, and analyze your User Content solely to provide and improve the service. We do not sell your User Content or use it to train models for other customers without your consent.

6. Disclaimers

Velora's diagnoses are heuristics, not guarantees. Our recommendations are generated from rules and patterns applied to the information you provide; they are intended to help you prioritize what to investigate next, not as a promise of increased signups, revenue, or any specific business outcome.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velora and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to Velora will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

You may stop using Velora and delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately; some data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or an in-app notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of Velora after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
